Jean Kempf, Professor Emeritus of American Civilization at Université Lumière in Lyon and specialist in the history of photography, will give a lecture on the evolution of the profession of war photojournalist at the beginning of the 21st century. His presentation will be based on his recent book "Les Conquérants de l’Inutile. American Conflict Photographers at the Turn of the 21st Century" published in 2022. This event is part of the photo exhibition "WOMEN IN WAR by LYNSEY ADDARIO".
