Join us for a session of artistic release and transformation. In this workshop, we explore anger not as something to hide, but as a natural force that can be reshaped into something new.
The process includes expression through writing and art, followed by transformation where you tear and re-compose your work to discover a new perspective. We will gather in an intimate circle on mats to foster safety and connection.
This isn't therapy; it’s an artistic journey of release and renewal. All materials like acrylics, watercolors, and collage items are provided.
