Fasten your seatbelts – Jan Komasa returns with a dark, gripping, and wildly unpredictable English-language film! Special avant-première evening in partnership with the British & Irish Film Festival Luxembourg and Kinepolis Luxembourg.
"Good Boy" (aka "Heel") is the latest work by Jan Komasa, Oscar-nominated director of "Corpus Christi". This radical new feature marks his first English-language film, co-produced by Polish filmmaker Jerzy Skolimowski and featuring a mainly British cast with an outstanding lead performance by Stephen Graham, also known for the mini-series "Adolescence".
Synopsis: Tommy, a volatile 19-year-old fond of parties and excess, wakes up imprisoned in the basement of a remote Yorkshire house after a wild night. What unfolds is far beyond anything he could imagine.
The screening is organised with our partners from the British & Irish Film Festival Luxembourg, following a first successful collaboration last October with the screening of "Sanatorium". Thanks also go to Kinepolis Luxembourg for their support.
