Walking and running with lightness thanks to the evolving body
Discover how the CANTIENICA® method allows you to walk and run with lightness, respecting your anatomy to protect your joints and back. Learn to activate your deep muscles, align your joints, and transform each step into energy, from head to toe.
The workshop content includes:
• Anatomically correct basics of walking and running
• Arch training and leg alignment
• Relieve pressure on the joints
• Pelvic floor and diaphragm in motion
• Discovery of the spine as a dynamic element
• Rediscover daily movement, both indoors and outdoors.
For whom: walkers, hikers or runners wanting to progress towards more lightness and less pain.
The first part of the workshop takes place in the studio (approximately 2 hours). The second part (approximately 1 hour) takes place outdoors (please bring appropriate shoes and clothing) to put the new techniques learned into practice.
