Nonviolent Communication: an Introduction (workshop)
We spend our lives in conversation, yet most of us were never actually taught how to communicate well. We get defensive. We shut down. We say the wrong thing, or nothing at all.
Positive Psychology tells us that Positive Relationships are one of the five key elements of wellbeing (PERMA model by Martin Seligman). At the heart of positive relationships is the ability to truly communicate.
This free introductory workshop on Nonviolent Communication (NVC) is a simple, powerful framework to transform the way we relate to colleagues, loved ones, and ourselves.
The session is led by Suzanne Karsai, Luxembourg-based mediator, trainer, and founding iPPL member, who brings NVC into real-life mediation practice every day.
