1. The 'stracciatella tartufa' at Mama Shelter
A full of character stracciatella... a salty one (please), a hint of tartufa that calls for delicious crunchy breadsticks. Ideal to enjoy the last moments of the day on the rooftop of the hotel, well accompanied, with a cocktail! 🍹
2. The Burrata pizza at Partigiano
Personally, we find that the fewer ingredients on a pizza the better. But the quality of the products must be amazing, and that's what we found in this Burrata pizza: Parma ham, arugula, baby tomato, and a super fresh burrata! 🍕PS: we love the one with truffles too 😇
3. The 'Saint Romuald' Burger at La Chapelle
Cheat day or not this burger is irresistible! 'Invoked for the healing of the troubled mind' as they describe it, it is sure that our mind has been revealed: beef and stewed caramelized onions, accompanied by emmental, bacon and spinach shoots. Ameeeeen 😇
4. The 'buddha vegan' at Lokaal
Enough to boost your body with this 100% healthy 100% local cocktail 🌿 : falafel, hummus, kale beet, red cabbage, cucumber, radish, honeysuckle, carrots, nuts! (Okay it's true that we often have a brookie for dessert, because it's good that's all! 😏)
5. The iced mochis at Hakii Sushi
A traditional Japanese dessert based on white bean flour and filled with ice cream with lots of flavors 🤩 we tasted matcha (and its vegan version) and black sesame. A real discovery! To be sincere with you, we loved all the chef dishes, a shot of ❤️!
6. The latté at Knopes
After dessert, coffee is a must, and if you're going to eat a pizza at Come à la maison, in the room next door is Knopes. Just the smell of roasted coffee makes you melt with pleasure ☕ The jungle atmosphere of the room is the perfect place to disconnect for a moment 🌴
