The "Sou schmaacht Lëtzebuerg" campaign, which was launched in 2009 by the Chamber of Agriculture in collaboration with the Ministry of Agriculture, promotes short circuits and local Luxembourg products to individuals and restaurants. A brigade that has become big quickly as the campaign now includes 190 restaurants and canteens 🤩

In partnership with "Sou schmaacht Lëtzebuerg" for the past two years, the famous Gault&Millau guide wanted to crown the cherry on the cake: the restaurant "De Pefferkär" in Huncherange. Not only for its commitment to local producers, but also for its vegetable production in its Peffer'garden, for which it was awarded the "Restaurant de Terroir" 2023 trophy. It's worth adding this address to your list of upcoming restaurants' 😍
