To celebrate the return of beautiful days (very soon), the Joyful Team shares with you its little must-see addresses to enjoy the arrival of the new season ⬇️
___SPOTS TO FACE THE SLEET
The famous March sleet 🌧️ always arrives as the sunny days approach. We've found the best places to spend your weekends. First of all, there is the Botanical Garden of Metz and its different greenhouses 🪷. From the Orangery, through the arid greenhouse, the temperate dome, the evolution greenhouse, to the equatorial undergrowth, there is enough to make you travel to the equator ✈️ 🌍 and enjoy some warmth in the middle of March. Perfect for a little walk in the shade.
___FOR A SLIGHTLY MORE EXOTIC OUTING
Head to the Jardin des Papillons in Grevenmacher. It is in a way the sanctuary of nature lovers, an island of paradise 🏝️... in the heart of Luxembourg. Thousands of butterflies 🦋 of all colors evolve and fly in a tropical climate, enough to fill the eyes of both young and old!

___AS SOON AS THE SUN COMES OUT
Despite the arrival of the sunny days ☀️, we must not forget the famous saying "In April, don't be afraid". Well yes, if you too are itching to go out on the terrace with your friends, but you still find it a bit chilly 🥶 we have just the thing for you. Head to the Go Ten bar in town, where you can come sip on some tasty Gins inside the bar... but also on the patio thanks to their heated benches! And then if it's still not hot enough for you, grab a second round! 🍸

If you're the really, really chilly type, you'll be able to enjoy the covered and heated terrace 🔥 of Jakob's house at Rives de Clausen. Perfect for your co-worker who is used to living under 23 degrees minimum! 🌡️

For the brave ones who are not afraid of a few drops ☔️, we have selected a few walks, bike rides and family outings to discover some hidden corners of the Greater Region. If you want to discover the Luxembourg hinterland, you absolutely have to come and pedal 🚴🏻♀️ on the Terres Rouges : biotopes, forests and red canyons, archaeological sites 🌄... let yourself be surprised by the different aspects of this long 40 km road 😉
___FOR CHILDREN AND ADULTS
Spring often brings with it the blooming of flowers 💐, what better way to come and strut through various flowery alleys of the Domaine Thermal de Mondorf park, listen to the buzzing of bees by the flowers and the birds 🦜 chirping... It even has a maze and a mini-golf ⛳️ to keep the little monsters busy!
___LET'S WALK IN THE WOODS
For a sunny afternoon, head to the recreational forest park Chlorophylle 🌿 in the heart of the Ardennes forest in Belgium 🇧🇪. Educational path, footbridge in the top to go from tree to tree 🌳 like Tarzan, slides... A way to make discover nature to the smallest more playful!
