Welcome to this mindfulness course, where you are invited to embark on a journey of self-discovery and inner peace. This course is designed to provide you with practical tools and techniques to cultivate mindfulness in your daily life. Through guided meditations, and reflective practices, you will learn how to reduce stress, enhance focus, and foster a deeper connection with yourself and the world around you.
Please note that there will be no classes on 22 May and during school holidays in Luxembourg.
On the 5th of june there will be no class as well!
The instructor speaks Luxembourgish, French, and German
