On the plate, there's no fuss. The Michelin-starred chef works with the seasons as they arrive, the produce as it's available, and the ideas as they come to him. The result: a clear, well-executed cuisine that's never boring. The kind of meal where you think, "Okay, this is good."

It's also a family story. Founded by Serge and Michèle, Bruno Poiré's parents, the restaurant still embodies this desire to pass on its heritage. Since 1974, the establishment has evolved and reinvented itself, but has maintained the same core values: welcoming guests with genuine warmth and cooking with sincerity. The Michelin-starred chef carries on this legacy with a generous, straightforward cuisine, deeply rooted in its local terroir.
