Hello Runners to oblivion! The good weather is coming and it is high time to move on to the winter scrubbing phase to eliminate excess and toxins from freezing weather. If you read us, it's an ideal day to go out early and stretch your legs. Start from the Place du centre de Chavelot (320 m) to run to the Barrier Ponds at the gates of Golbey, before going up the forest of Thaon Stumps and return to Chavelot. We are really nice superuser: this course is uncomplicated, on asphalt almost all the time except between the Crossroads of Chavelot and the descent of Clair Bois, the Nivallée, the Four Paths, to the tunnel under the N57.
