Léa Linster is a Luxembourgish chef, but not only that, she's also the first woman in the world to win the Bocuse d'Or! Yeah, just that.
Today, his son, chef Louis Linster, welcomes you to his Michelin-starred restaurant. Located approximately 10 km from the center of Luxembourg, in Frisange, in a peaceful and elegant setting. The chef draws inspiration from modern French cuisine, accented with notes from around the world, for refined cuisine.
By winning two MICHELIN Stars, Louis Linster has made gastronomy shine even brighter in this family-run establishment with authentic charm.
The restaurant is actually the old gas station that belonged to Léa Linster's father and served as a bistro, bowling alley, and tobacconist. She wanted to preserve this atmosphere of a place of sharing by incorporating her passion and the pleasure of cooking. "The apple never falls far from the apple tree," as they say, and today it is her son who manages the family establishment.
You can also enjoy their terrace or take advantage of their patio to drink a glass of champagne.
Good to know
In October 2023, Louis Linster was named Chef of the Year by Gault et Millau 2024!
Allow about 4 hours to fully enjoy the culinary experience—here, they take the time to do things right.
Gault&Millau's opinion: 17.5/20
