Located on Monterey Avenue in the city center, you must have already passed the somewhat atypical storefront of the Ramen Samourai restaurant, overlooked by countless posters bearing the image of Japan, a bit like the street food in Tokyo. Posters of famous Studio Ghibli animated films, with vintage posters from the period, make this place all the more authentic. Settle in and above all enjoy! You can start with a classic starter: gyozas (a must try!), or their delicious karaage, aka fried chicken pieces. Wait, we haven't presented you the dishes yet... As the name suggests, ramen is the specialty of chef Florence Chen, who spent ten years in a specialized restaurant in Tokyo. You won't be able to taste ramen as authentic as this one. It's simple, you can choose between different broths, from the classic "Shiitake" (Japanese mushroom) broth to black garlic broth (which is the chef's specialty). The little extra?
