Specto x Cyril Molard: Cyril Molard's universe to share

April 2026: a new culinary signature at Specto is launching, led by Cyril Molard. The concept is permanent, with a generous and indulgent menu centered around local produce (we fell in love with the smoked trout and the desserts, which were incredible). In the kitchen, his sous-chef Valentin Razes takes over to bring the experience to life day after day. You’ll be able to visit from lunch through dinner, Tuesday to Saturday. The mocktails are to die for, and there’s even one featured as the weekly suggestion on the lunch menu. Here, the essentials are simple: eat well, in a setting designed to make the most of the moment. And you can even mop up your dish with bread if you feel like it! The Chef says it himself: “I want it to be simply delicious.” And what about the bar? Specto doesn’t do things by halves! After-work events are organised every week—the perfect opportunity to enjoy the venue over a drink and extend the evening.
