And yet, these are exactly the adjectives used to describe Beefbar, a high-end steakhouse that will dazzle your eyes and taste buds (and in reality, all your other senses). Located inside the SMETS flagship in Strassen, it is back with a new mantra: ‘new season, new menu, same soul’. Here, we're talking about wagyu beef (you know, the super tender and especially super high-quality Japanese beef?), black angus beef from Australia and the United States, but also a whole menu of revisited street food like their bao-buns and their "KFC" chicken (no, you're not dreaming, KFC chicken but in a luxurious version). There is also a comfort food menu with a whole assortment of accompaniments to, well, accompany your meat or fish dishes. And wait, there's more! They have a signature cocktail menu that's mind-blowing, like a cocktail with cotton candy! And for desserts, don't hesitate to try their generous chocolate soufflé accompanied by a mango sorbet.
