This place was created by Cristina (former owner of Gielen Eck) and Rosa, alongside Luxembourgish chef Philippe Crauser. As for the ambiance, touches of pink and vibrant colors brighten the atmosphere. It's just the kind of place we love, perfect for enjoying a delicious meal in a relaxed and cheerful atmosphere! The menu features dishes in "small" quantities, which testify to the freshness and quality of the ingredients used: revisited mapo tofu, roast cockerel and scampi with pink peppercorn sauce, tarte flambée, smashburgers... The chef, inspired by his travels in Asia, introduces unique and original flavors. Moreover, we should note the care taken with the presentation, a superb presentation of the dishes... very "Instagrammable". Big bonus: you can even admire the chef at work live from the room, and that's always nice to see.
