Located in the heart of the Centre Pompidou-Metz, Yozora is a restaurant unlike any other. It's the only Michelin-starred restaurant in Metz, nestled in a setting of glass, metal, and light, suspended between contemporary art and haute cuisine.
At the helm is Charles Coulombeau. At 33, he creates precise, sensitive, and inspired cuisine. After earning a Michelin star in 2022 with his restaurant "La Maison dans le Parc" in Nancy, he's back with a vengeance with Yozora ("night sky" in Japanese), which opened in 2024 with Roxane, his partner in the dining room.
It pushes the boundaries of the taste experience and takes you on an inspiring journey following the Japanese tradition of omakase, which invites you to trust the chef.
The chef combines Japanese finesse with the excellence of Lorraine products: Wagyu beef raised in Lorraine, quail from the Vosges, truffles from the Meuse, shiso, chawanmushi or combawa... Each dish is a work of balance, contrast and seasonality.
With its limited number of covers, this gourmet restaurant favors intimacy and discovery, offering attentive and careful service for a unique moment.
Here, you don't just eat: you float. Under the glass roof, between wood, cardboard, and curtains, in a room filled with softness, each bite becomes a moment outside of time.
A rare place, where art extends onto the plate, for the eyes and for the heart.
