You walk past the Rotondes de Bonnevoie and… bam! A breath of Spain tugs at your sleeve. Welcome to Aupa, the new coffee shop that will put a smile on your face before you even take your first sip.

There's no fuss here: Enrique De Juan Saiz, a passionate barista and chef, has a simple but ambitious mission: to spread good humor and serve coffee you won't find anywhere else. "Aupa!" is what they say in Spain to a child who falls to encourage them to get back up. And at Aupa, that's exactly what you feel when you walk through the door: a boost of positive energy that makes you want to smile.

This chef and barista, an epicurean and artist at heart, has created a meeting place for lovers of coffee and simple but delicious food. He collaborates with Mondo del Caffé for a custom-roasted coffee, designed according to his tastes and requirements... to our great delight!

As for treats, everything is homemade: cookies, brownies and Spanish desserts like torta de queso, not to mention focaccias and bagels, prepared every morning and baked just before eating.

For breakfast? Warm brioche bread, scrambled eggs, and avocado. And soon, it's time for Spanish inspiration: Iberian ham and tomato toast, tortillas, and other surprises.

At Aupa, there's no hiding behind screens: here, we chat, we exchange, we share... and who knows, maybe new synergies will emerge around your cappuccino. Aupa!
