Luxembourgish flavors, Asian twist
A new gastronomic gem in the Grand Duchy, Le Lys, in the heart of Villa Pétrusse, invites you on a culinary journey where Luxembourgish tradition and Asian influences meet.
Whether for a tête-à-tête dinner, an intimate business meal or an informal tasting at the Chef's Workshop, the address adapts to all occasions... but always with a common thread: excellence and creativity.
At the helm, young Luxembourg chef Kim De Dood brings his international expertise back home after an exceptional career in Asia, including two Michelin-starred restaurants at Saint-Pierre in Singapore and the supervision of a second restaurant in Kuala Lumpur. Back in Luxembourg, his dream is simple: to make Le Lys and Villa Pétrusse a must-see culinary destination in Luxembourg.
Here, the menu is available in 4, 6 or 8 dishes, always with a plant-based option.
Among his signature creations: Belgian green eel revisited with local smoked trout, caviar and buttermilk, monkfish with yuzu kosho and bacon, the unbeatable Kim-style sweetbread vol-au-vent, and venison with wild pepper and cranberries.
And to enhance these dishes, Le Lys offers food and wine pairings as well as tea and food pairings, in collaboration with specialist Kiona Malinka. Thanks to direct sourcing of the finest and rarest teas in the world, each tasting becomes a sensory journey to the heart of tea terroirs.
In short, Le Lys is not just a restaurant: it is a place that makes the hearts of gourmets beat faster, an unmissable meeting place for those who like to treat themselves... and let themselves be surprised!
