Chef Christophe Deparday, drawing on his experience in Michelin-starred restaurants, offers traditional French cuisine that is generous and refined. Everything is simmered with care: slow cooking, delicate reductions, lengthy preparations… all precise techniques to reveal unique flavors. On the menu? The great classics of French gastronomy: vol-au-vent, beef bourguignon, duck confit, roast chicken (yes, the one we love to devour on Sundays)... and aged meats that melt in your mouth. From the sea, the stars take center stage: the traditional scallop risotto, the famous Sole Meunière, grilled squid with squid ink tagliolini and tarragon...
