This 3.5 hour oenology course aims to gently introduce you to the language of tasting, to acquire basic knowledge of wines. So you learn the “BA-BA of wine” from our trainer:
Vocabulary and oenological termsPlay of aromas: distinguishing flavors on the palate
Commented tasting of 5 wines: putting your perception into words
Wines :
The workshop allows you to taste 5 wines from various terroirs, to help you discover the differences in winemaking and taste following their production
The session will be accompanied by small savory appetizers which do not constitute a complete meal
