When, imprisoned on April 10, 2017, the door to his cell closed on him, Pierpoljak did not yet know when and how his next album would be released, but he already knew that the title would be this enigmatic phrase written on the wall: The wheel turns igo. The first thing he sees that day will become a leitmotif allowing him to hang on. Three years later, this new album is here: crafted writing on modern Reggae instrumentals and melodies of which he alone has the secret.

Uman is the ragga dancehall voice from Brussels. Because if you know new style dancehall, you must have listened to songs like “Trop de televission”. Coming from the hip-hop movement, he joined the Bass Culture sound system with which he developed the dancehall vibe through radio broadcasts, organized sounds, hot live performances...
