Understand the connections in the body. Discover the right posture for your body: feet, pelvis, spine, chest, head. Good breathing and the role of the diaphragm. Connect everything with everything. Consciously feel your body and listen to it. Trust your perception. Move the vertebrae in a targeted manner.

With CANTIENICA Body in Evolution you will learn how essential good posture is, increase the mobility of all joints and prevent wear of the vertebrae and intervertebral discs. You will also discover how your body follows your imagination, learn to build strength and mobility in a targeted way and listen to your body - trust it.

Structure of the workshop:

Basic knowledge using images and anatomical models. Basic postures in sitting, lying and standing positions, put into practice in exercise sequences.

Register if you:

- my back hurts
