Welcome and Introduction to Gin Distilling
Begin your adventure with a warm welcome from Inès, our passionate master distiller. Learn the history and principles of distillation, explore the aromatic botanicals that make up this refined spirit, and discover the diversity of gin profiles and styles.
Selecting plants and developing your recipe
Create your unique blend from a careful selection of ingredients: berries, herbs, spices... Let your creativity run wild, guided by Inès' expertise.
Distill your gin
Take an active part in the distillation process with one of our ready-to-use small stills. Follow each step to transform selected botanical extracts into a unique gin:

Bottling and labeling
