Conference: Leave and training assistance for individuals

Individuals wishing to develop their skills, change careers or boost their careers can benefit from training assistance. Training assistance measures, accessible under certain conditions, can take the form of: Special paid leave: individual training leave, language leave or youth leave for training with payment covered Organization of working time: personal arrangement of working time or unpaid leave allowing the employee to organize their training according to their working hours and availability Financial assistance: tax deductibility, financial assistance for higher education, Erasmus+ program… The various measures will be presented to facilitate the process of accessing training. Information sessions are organized in person (limited places) and broadcast simultaneously via livestream. Participants in the face-to-face sessions will have the opportunity to ask their questions directly after the session. Participants in the livestream sessions will receive a connection link following their registration.
