LUONNOLLISESTI on June 28 and 29, 2025, at the Site des 3 Glands, consisting of 2 acts:
- Act 1: sound siesta (30 minutes) at 2 PM and 4 PM, written by Emilie Mousset
- Act 2: theatrical monologue (1 hour) at 7 PM Saturday, 6 PM Sunday, written by Stéphane Ghislain Roussel, performed by Marja-Leena-Leena Junker.
The term "luonnollisesti," Finnish for "naturally," immediately raises a behavioral question: can we live and act in harmony with nature as if naturally?
Dedicated to Finnish actress Marja-Leena Junker, whose fifty-five-year career was mainly in Luxembourg, "Luonnollisesti" reflects on city life mirrored by a yearning for full immersion in nature. This text engages not as a mere project about ecology but positions itself within the ecological, focused on organism-environment relationships.
The text also references the role of animism in Western civilization and the inspiring power of eco-feminism and reparative imagination.
