We are pleased to invite you to discover the artistic world of Paul Moutschen, on the occasion of his solo exhibition in our new MECENAS gallery, located at 29, rue de Consdorf.
A Luxembourg artist of Liège descent, Paul Moutschen is a multifaceted artist: painter, draftsman, engraver, sculptor, and poet. His work, both profound and sensitive, has been constructed over decades, combining material, memory, and philosophical reflection.
His monumental sculptures such as The Seasons (Pétange) or The Birds (Bourglinster) have a lasting impact on the country's cultural landscape.
He is also the author of several collections of poetry and has collaborated on various literary and historical projects, notably alongside his father, Jos Moutschen.
We would be delighted to welcome you to this exhibition, which is dedicated to art and conviviality.
