Participatory concert around percussion
The award-winning percussion duo Double Drums takes audiences of all ages into the world of rhythm. The musicians interact with the audience, who marvel, laugh, and become part of the rhythm themselves. The descriptive music is a veritable cinema for the ears: a herd of wildebeest trampling, the sound of the sea, a desert storm. The two musicians present percussion instruments from around the world, as well as saws, cordless drills, and cardboard boxes that make music.
