Their first collaboration dates back to 2019. The Brussels Jazz Orchestra and Ambrose Akinmusire, an exceptionally gifted trumpeter-composer and undeniably unique according to DownBeat, will reunite in 2026 to celebrate the centenary of Miles Davis's birth. With such a lineup, the tribute to this jazz giant promises to be worthy of his legacy.
