Beyond conventional paths, photographer Jörg Pütz has been exploring the iconic structures of architectural and natural landscapes for over 20 years. By isolating details or abstracting the visible, he creates impressive new perspectives on everyday visibility. His works are characterized by their fluent visual language and dynamic compositions, which sometimes appear graphically abstracted, sometimes create an inevitable pull into the pictorial space. More than snapshots, his photographs show the traces of time in architecture, humanity, and nature, even in remote places of longing and beyond the frame.
