In an imaginary café located in the heart of Paris, characters from the greatest French cinema films meet and cross paths, allowing us to relive some of the most renowned scenes, rehear iconic lines, and sing famous choruses. Le poinçonneur des Lilas, Garance, Amélie Poulain, Zazie… some wish to change atmosphere rather than remain on the quai des brumes, others have two loves, or watch Paris awaken at five o'clock. Packed with references, enjoyable to recognize ("for Paris is very small for those who love as we love with such a great love"), this joyful montage worthy of a Montmartre cabaret is a tribute to Paris, love, and cinema.
