This year, the Mäertchen, the traditional Octave market, will be held on Place Guillaume II from 9 to 25 May 2025. This fun and festive market will include around 50 food stalls surrounding a central covered terrace, as well as game stalls and fairground attractions.
Good to know
The Mäertchen will be open daily from 11:00 to 22:00. During the Octave, the Stater Maart (held on Wednesdays and Saturdays) will take place at Place de la Constitution on May 7, 10, 14, 17, 21, 24, and 28 from 7:30 to 14:00.
