They are locally cultivated without chemical fertilizers or pesticides to preserve their natural properties. Understanding the needs of each plant is essential to ensure healthy cultivation while respecting a sustainable circular economy. A gentle low-temperature drying process at our Téifabrik in Schleif ensures the best preservation of flavors, benefits, and aromas.
