Discover deeper awareness, embodied connection, and creative expression through the transformative practice of Contact Improvisation. The workshop will be guided by Anastasia Bezruchko, who has over 12 years of experience in somatic practices, tango, contemporary dance, and Contact Improvisation.
What to expect:
- Exploration of subtle movements and the quality of touch.
- Development of soft, fluid motion.
- Connecting to your own rhythm and sharing the dance with others.
- Learning new techniques and improvisational partnering compositions in a supportive and inclusive space.
No previous experience is needed. Wear comfortable clothes and bring water and snacks.
