As part of the LUGA, natur&ëmwelt invites you to take part in cooking workshops in the plots of the 2000m² project.
During these cooking classes, you will discover sustainable recipes, learn how to identify and use local plants, and understand the impact of your dietary choices. You'll also be able to visualize the area required to produce the food for each dish.
This project is a collaborative initiative between IBLA a.s.b.l., natur&ëmwelt a.s.b.l., and co-labor s.c, showcasing the feasibility of cultivating essentials on a 2000m² area.
