As part of the LUGA, Natur&ëmwelt invites you to participate in cooking workshops related to the 2000m² project. Discover sustainable recipes, learn to use local plants, and understand the impact of your food choices. Also visualize the surface area needed to produce the food for each dish.
The 2000m² project is an initiative by IBLA, Natur&ëmwelt, and co-labor, demonstrating that it is possible to cultivate essentials on this area. This project is funded by the Ministry of Environment, Climate, and Biodiversity.
