Based on the novel by Michael Köhlmeier, adapted by Frank Feitler, Luc Feit, and Ivan Panteleev, this play explores the meeting of Charlie Chaplin and Winston Churchill on a beach. Sharing their personal struggles and the disasters of the 20th century, they develop a unique bond. A performance in the German language, presented by Escher Theater, continues the vision of director Frank Feitler to stage the essence of this refined and touching novel.
