The traditional Whitsun Fair returns to Esch-sur-Alzette town center from Friday May 30, 2025, for two weeks of festivities and conviviality.
OFFICIAL OPENING
The event kicks off at 6:15 p.m. in the Helen Buchholtz parking lot (L-4041 Esch-sur-Alzette). The official opening of the Kermesse will be accompanied by music provided by the Harmonie Municipale. To mark the occasion, Restaurant Joslet will be serving a Kermesse cake and a “verre de l'amitié”. Official speeches are scheduled for 7:00 p.m., followed by a reception hosted by the City of Esch-sur-Alzette.
A FAIRGROUND ATMOSPHERE FOR OVER TWO WEEKS
The Kermesse will remain open until Sunday June 15, 2025 inclusive, with a program accessible to all, featuring 36 stalls and attractions spread across these three locations: Place de l'Hôtel de Ville, Rue Helen Buchholtz and Parking Buchholtz.
