A man seeks someone in need of money for performing a rather special task. Each approached person reacts differently to his proposal. "Like the audience, the protagonists experience movement while seated immobile in their chairs. This mise-en-abîme is intensified by the car’s windshield frame, a screen within a screen. The wide shots beautifully portray the car’s progress along winding roads bathed in a progressively lower ochre light as the day wanes."
