During the long Pentecost weekend, the town of Wiltz is adorned in yellow to celebrate the traditional Broom Festival!
And this 75th edition promises to be rich in color and traditions!
Broom is a sunny yellow plant that grows wild in the fields of northern France. And in Wiltz, they love it so much that they've dedicated an entire festival to it! Born in the 1950s to celebrate the beauty of the local landscape, the Geenzefest has become a true national institution over time. Every year, it attracts thousands of curious and loyal visitors, ready to vibrate to the rhythm of folk music, vibrant colors, and this unique atmosphere!
