The orchestra (for now) Support: Fulvous + Car Parks (DJ set)
After winning the 2024 edition of the Green Man Rising’s contest and their first ever festival slot, The Orchestra (For Now) had warned: they wanted to make the following year as big as possible. Mission accomplished with the release of their first EP, Plan 75, in March and a stop in Luxembourg!
The second single off the record, “The Strip”, has been described as “a colossal torrent of noise” (Clash Music) and we expect nothing less for their performance at the Congés Annulés.
Mixing ear-pleasing fuzzy distortion and catchy lead guitar, Fulvous seeks to create a sense of nostalgia for their audience and engage their brainwaves. Their sound: immersive and undeniably shoegazing in its sonic depth.
