Hailing from Barcelona, Dame Area delivers an eclectic and discerning form of contemporary industrial music, combining compulsive minimal synth and primal polyrhythms with uniquely reconstrued elements of post-punk and EBM. Their sense of dynamics sets them apart, sharing more in common with Sonic Youth's experimental rock than any electronic project.
