This #ISLECISLoft session will offer an interactive component where attendees will learn about Taoist theories of leadership and then discuss female and male leadership in the context of specific, typical international school scenarios.
Presenter:
Dr. DJ Condon, from Wisconsin, USA, left his home at the age of 17 for an adventure in Alaska and has been on an adventure ever since. Now in his 39th year in education, he has worked in international schools in the Netherlands, Taiwan, Myanmar, Hong Kong, Japan, Hawaii, and currently Luxembourg, where he serves as the Director of the International School of Luxembourg. He began his study of Taoism in 1982 as a philosophy exchange student at the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
