During this workshop, we will examine honey in detail. Accompanied by local beekeepers, we will observe honey production from the bee to the jar. We will learn about the work of local beekeepers and the differences between industrial products and high-quality local products. Health, biodiversity, sustainability, and local production will be discussed. Additionally, we will prepare a delicious honey cake together using regional products. This workshop is intended for children aged 10 and above.
