In this workshop, we delve into the world of honey. Together with local beekeepers, we explore the production process from the bee to the jar of honey. We learn about the work of local beekeepers and the differences between industrial products and local quality honey. Health, biodiversity, sustainability, and local production meet here. Taste is also a must, and we craft a honey cake using regional ingredients. This workshop is aimed at children aged 10 and above.
