In turbulent times, everyone is searching for inner peace — even those who commit crimes. The bestseller Achtsam morden by Karsten Dusse serves as the foundation for this macabre and humorous crime evening. At the center is criminal defense lawyer Björn Diemel, whose personal life is complicated and stress level high. A mindfulness training is supposed to help him — but it turns him into a murderer. At the beginning of the book, he confesses: "I committed my first murder at the age of 55; a week later, the half-dozen was complete." The audience hardly has time to recover as the rapid and bloody action carries them from joke to joke. In the end, many are dead, and Björn Diemel seems to have achieved his presumed goal: "I felt breath and life within me. I was grateful."
