An impressive system of fortifications, designed to defend the Kirchberg and the fortress city, can be explored during a guided tour. These fortifications, the work of the engineer Vauban, stand as a testament to military history in 1684. The museum organizes two-hour tours for this purpose.

Departure from the funicular at Boulevard JF Kennedy, Kirchberg. Please wear appropriate clothing, sturdy shoes, and a flashlight. The tour is free and available in several languages: DE, EN, FR, and LU.
