On the occasion of the 2025 National Day and the 25th anniversary of the reign of HRH the Grand Duke, the City of Luxembourg is pleased to invite the public to a major popular celebration under the sign of conviviality, with a rich, festive and varied musical program.
The festivities will begin at 6:00 p.m. on Place Guillaume II, with an official ceremony attended by the Grand Ducal family. In the evening, the façade of the Grand Ducal Palace will come alive with a spectacular Sound & Light show, for an unforgettable experience in the heart of the capital.
Throughout the evening, concerts and musical entertainment will take place on various stages in the city center, creating a warm and festive atmosphere in the open air.

Place Guillaume II
6:20 p.m.: Concert by soul-jazz singer China Moses
7:50 p.m.: Departure of T.L.R. the Grand Duke and the Grand Duchess and other members of the Grand Ducal family from the Palace
8:00 p.m.: Welcome of T.L.R. the Grand Duke and the Grand Duchess, as well as the Grand Ducal family by Madame Lydie Polfer, Mayor, at the entrance to Place Guillaume II
8:30 p.m.: Welcome of Their Highnesses the Grand Duke and the Grand Duchess, as well as the Grand Ducal family, by the College of Aldermen and the Municipal Council of the City at the foot of the City Hall
8:40 p.m.: Presentation of the birthday cake to LL.AA.RR. on the grandstand
9:00 p.m.: Concert by American jazz singer Dee Dee Bridgewater, with the Luxembourg National Jazz Orchestra and conducted by Gast Waltzing
10:35 p.m.: Departure of LL.AA.RR. and the Grand Ducal family to the Grand Ducal Palace
11:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m.: DJ Don Simon

10:45 p.m.: A sound and light show will be shown on the façade of the Grand Ducal Palace to mark the 25th anniversary of the reign. The ten-minute show will be broadcast three times.
