Get ready for a captivating new season of alfresco cinema in the moonlight, presented by the Cinémathèque!
Back in the heart of the city, this year promises suspense, laughter, and unforgettable moments under the open sky at Place Guillaume II. With its giant screen and vibrant atmosphere, the iconic 'Knuedler' square transforms into an open-air cinematic paradise, inviting you to immerse yourself in the wonders of the 7th Art.
From Charlie Chaplin to the Coen brothers: the program aims to be varied and entertaining, offering classic and contemporary films as well as cult movies that resonate with the magic of cinema. A beautiful selection of films under a star-filled sky.
In addition to traditional screenings in the city center, the Cinémathèque is partnering this year with the exhibition project 'Making the Invisible Visible,' featuring screenings highlighting small creatures and significant environmental themes during two evenings in the charming Odendahl Park.
