Dan Mangan is a Canadian singer-songwriter whose style fuses heartfelt lyrics, memorable melodies, and evolving instrumentation—from acoustic folk to layered indie-rock and folktronica.

His latest album, Natural Light (2025), was recorded live with his band in a cabin setting, combining tender love songs with reflections on modern anxieties—praised for its warmth, wit, and emotional depth.

Mangan first gained recognition with his debut EP in 2005 and hit song Robots from his 2009 album Nice, Nice, Very Nice, which earned him a Polaris Music Prize nomination.
